红锅 Hongguo

Last trip to SG on May time. A short holiday with the girls and also bf rewarded myself as graduation trip.

Yeah, graduation trip to Sg.. =p

Our lunch at Bugis Junction, a china cuisine name Hongguo or known as 红锅.
Their main dishes is the rice vermicelli soup or known as 'mee suah' in Malaysia. Been google-ed about the shop but dont had the link.

Five of us together had the lunch together but just order 1set of their main dishes. The rice vermicelli soup come with 5 different set of variety.

haha.. I create the english name for the dishes.
We ask her to order this so that can graduate as a scholarship like those old time.

Fresh prawn.

The mee suah with some side dishes like prawn, vege, peanuts, fish and etc.
Then mix all the ingredients into the put with mee suah together eat.

Next, Alice's order Pineapple fried rice.


Taste like That pineapple fried rice.
Quite spicy.

If i not remember wrong is the name.

Stephy's order,

牛肉麻辣过

Spicy beef rice serve together with a white rice & 2 side dishes.

I order spicy pork rib set.
While their drinks name also special,


Jasmine tea with salty dog.
The salty dog taste like sour plum add with sugar then spour some salt on cup.
The sour plum need stir the salt together only taste better.
