Babe Big Day 307

Start with my XYZ projecy which ABC had failed due to techinal problem and also financial problem...

End up, I Had to go back by train and back KL by train with sitting & get tickets from the officer.
Reason, get in train without ticket need to pay price RM41 which is expensive than normal price. Then add on with knocking head in train because too sleepy.

Saturday noon, went out grocery with mummy as well as get ingredients for my XYZ project. Then gather all the girls, Ning & Alice for helping me and brain storming to give him birthday pressie as weel as suprise.

XYZ project ingredients,
Flour
Eggs
Mixer
Color preserve
Butter
Cupcake mug
Decoration icing & chocolate chips
Oven

Most important ingredients are Love & Patient

Gather all ingredients and mix well. Outcome will be this,



Cupcake with own creation chocolate cup cake with 23 stars decorative icing.



Bake in oven for 25 minutes.


Actualy we bake muffins & cup cakes. For the 1st trial bake of cup cakes failed as we beat the flour too long time till it over 'mengembang' some more lack of experience, we pour too many of cup cake in the cup. For the failurer of some muffins is because of the flavor I choose is Vanilla, some of it unbaked and is due to the imbalance degree control in the oven.

Excuses too many, but end we success to make it !!!=p


The process of decorating.

1st time attempt to do icing for decoration. Recipes from googles, and success. But too many butter makes the icing too oily and sticky.

After completed my XYZ project, another idea come to us. We did each other cup cake with our name inside & not forgot Stephy po po, as that time we was discuss about her. Dont know what thing already,

Then we also rewarded this meal... Dinner + Supper at Kah Lock with 24 pieces of Chicken wings & Chicken Drumlets, Ikan Bakar,La La, Fried Chee Cheong Fun, and meat ball soups.



Continue with singing K session with 10 bottles of Tiger Beer.
