WT Pooh....
I did wrong again ... I amended sis flight name with her english name which mean it not same as her NRIC either passport. I already paid RM65 for the amended yet I amend wrong.
I called back to MAS to double check whether sis able to check in the flight with different name of flight ticket and passport name. The call center said cant. And Im asking her any other solutions or help me amended again as I not yet receive the email notification, the call center very arrogant answer me with NO.
She cant help do anything beside amend it again with penalty RM65 or FORFEIT the ticket.
WT pooh...
I been paid RM88 for origin flight, then with amended name add on the RM134. And now I need amend again, which mean I need paid RM199 for a local flight from KLIA to JB. The credit bill had charge on 2 prices for the flight & interest had count in. I need wait till next statemnent only will receive the refund. Is not worth with counting the opportunity cost.
Sh*t.........
I think I rather choose forfeit the ticket and book again with RM88.
Till now, I still havent receive the emaill notification and MAS hotline is sick. Always need call for 3 or 4 times and waited about 8 minutes only will be entertained by the officer. If not the operator will keep on the change to line other department till the line engaged. I hate it !!!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow for sure I be scolding by sis as well as mum...
